Speak Your Mind Friday - My Appeal

i know most of the readers on this site agree with me politically, but i have to make my appeal to you all.  Maybe, if i can turn a few Obama supports away, it will be worth it.

Let me start by saying that i don't support either candidate with my whole heart.  I'm not a blind Republican, and feel very disowned by the party with thier McCain pick. McCain is a big spending, big government republican.  He made a bad choice with his stance on the Mexican border.

Despite all those things, i don't doubt he loves his country.  He served his country, and with great honor.  He is a red while and blue blooded American, and believes in this country.  I don't doubt that.

on the other side..

Obama is a self proclaimed radical.  In his own words, he said he was drawn the the Marxist professors. In his own words he said the Constitution is flawed. He said our founding fathers were flawed. In every setting he talks about wealth distribution. He wouldn't wear a American flag pin, he refused to put his hand on his heart during the pledge. He was a memeber the socialist party in Illinois. He supports late late term abortion.  He made it very very difficult to get a gun and his home state, and virtually impossible to use ANY gun in his home state.

THESE ARE DOCUMENTED AND IN HIS OWN WORDS.  None of these instances are conspiricy theory or crazy right wing prop. I could go on for hours about those.

I will, this election, reluctantly cast my vote for John McCain, not because i agree with him 100% on policy, but because he loves his country and who we are.

DO NOT vote for a candidate because he talks nice and says nice things.  Look at the facts, the history, the associates. Most of all, let this be a warning to the American people, if you elected Obama, this nation will die as we know it. I have lived in a socialist country, it is not pretty. To see people, that have lived 40 years under socialist rule, that have no hope, no trust, no will, is a sad sad reality.

This year, vote for America and her traditions. Vote against Obama. I don't care if you write in crazy Ron Paul or vote for the constitutionalist or the who everever.  Just PLEASE vote for an American.
