Militant Gays Strike Again……..

So, this innocent gay couple just HAPPENS to cut through temple square and just does an innocent peck on the cheek and are instantly harassed by church security?  Highly, highly doubtful.  I pose to you the more logical and realistic version of the story;

Wanting to get bad press against the LDS church as retribution to the whole “prop 8” ‘injustice’ they go to Temple Square property at night where there will be fewer witnesses/visual acuity so that it will become a ‘he said/he said’ situation and create a scene (more than likely very close and in line of sight of a security guard.).  I very much sincerely doubt it was just an innocent hug and peck on the cheek.  If it was enough to get church security going, it was far more than that.  The second security is there to intervene they begin swearing and go completely crazy to ensure that the police become involved and that they will be ticketed.  This way they can make sure that their ‘persecution’ is complete for legal purposes.  (If gays really think they know what persecution is, maybe they should ask some Mormon pioneers what persecution is really like.)

"We were kind of standing up for ourselves," Jones said. "It was obviously because we were gay."   (Of course, the Mormon church is famous for targeting gays in legal action…. Oh wait, it’s the other way around.)

The guards put Jones on the ground and handcuffed him, he said. Aune said he was also cuffed roughly, and suffered bruises and a swollen wrist. The injuries did not require medical treatment, Snyder said.

Church security throws people to the ground and handcuffs them for being gay.  Yeah right.  Want more proof this isn’t just an innocent accident?

The kiss happened on a former public easement given up by city in 2003 in a controversial land-swap deal. The easement became private property, allowing the church to ban protesting, smoking, sunbathing and other "offensive, indecent, obscene, lewd or disorderly speech, dress or conduct," church officials said at the time. In exchange, the city got church property for a west-side community center.

Aune said he was one of those who protested the transfer at the time.   (No way, really?  Shocking!)

"They claimed in 2003 this would never happen, they were never going to arrest anyone," he said. "It's clear now they do have an agenda."

I rest my case.

If there was any actual journalism being performed these days we might actually find out the truth about what happened but I’m sure that won’t be the case.  At the very least you would perhaps think a ‘journalist’ might look into the history of these individuals and see if they have a history of other stunts like this one.  In fact, I would be interested what he did to oppose the land deal?  (Which the city, NOT the church asked to do.)

Now I’m sure many of you think I am taking this too far, that this is a ‘conspiracy theory’ and it’s people like me that inflame these types of situations, blah blah blah.  To you I say open your eyes.  These people are militant and will go to any length to get what they want so do you really think it hard to fathom they would create a scene like this to get national media attention?  Stop blinding yourself of the tactic of the enemies of morality and Freedom just so you can turn the other way and rationalize it away.  Stop cowering to political correctness and assuming the best of your enemies.  It is because of these exact attitudes that the lines have been pushed back so far already, and it' is with great speed and success that they now continue to push those lines.  I say to everyone, get a spine, draw a line and say this far, no farther.  Stop rationalizing away their actions and hold people accountable for their actions and realize what their true goals are or one day you’re going to wake up and wonder what happened.
