Oh on one more thing. I use both Bing and Google and Google is better on finding out details on technical issues. On social\news\other issues I have no opinion and use them both, but when I need answers to hard core technical issues, when Bing is not finding the answers I use google.

I even still search microsoft's sites using google's microsoft search. My default is Bing, but I find myself using Google when Bing fails to find the answer and that happens on a regualr basis.

I have no axe to grind this is an observation from using search engines to do my job over many years....

Here is an excerpt from an article on the concept of Net Neutrality:

"Markey's latest bill, he once again said he would make it illegal for a broadband ISP to "block, interfere with, discriminate against, impair, or degrade the ability of any person to use an Internet access service to access, use, send, post, receive, or offer any lawful content, application, or service through the Internet." And as in previous bills, this one also allows for "reasonable network management" practices by ISPs. Bu it gives the FCC authority to determine what that means.

It's difficult to know how far Markey's new Net neutrality bill will get. But many advocates believe that tying Net neutrality to the stimulus funding was an easy way to get the issue back in the public eye.

Specifically, the Net neutrality clause in the stimulus application requires all applicants to agree to follow the FCC's fair Internet principles, which require ISPs to allow subscribers to use any devices and applications they like, without interference from the carrier.

For the most part, the traditional Internet operates in this fashion today. Broadband subscribers are able to connect any laptop, netbook, wireless router, or any other device to any broadband network using either an Ethernet cable or some other type of connection, such as Wi-Fi. So far, there have been few instances of providers actually blocking or throttling applications.

But the wireless market is very different. In this market, every service provider controls which devices are on its network. And many carriers even dictate which phone functions can work on their network as well as which applications are allowed to work on their networks."

In other words the people in favor of Net Neutrality say they want you to be able to connect any device to the internet and use it for any purpose. This is bad how? If you are against Net Neutrality then you want comcast and other providers telling you cannot download music from i-tunes and you cannot connect your wireless device. Or you can only connect one device to their connection????? You want the net to be like the telephone companies and they tell you what when and where?

I can't believe you believe that is a bad thing, and you want your internet provider to act like AT&T; so can you enlighten me on what you mean by Net Neutrality. I am interested.

You will forgive me but what ever happened to free speach? Beck called the president racist, what is the differnce? Are you calling for beck to be taken off the air? What is the principle here? You don't like what MSNBC says? It is ok to call someone a racist, but bad if someone calls you a racist? Bit of a double standard, don't you think? I was called a traitor when I opposed bush. Ranting is so cathratic. I ranted a couple of hours ago when I listened to the Repulican response to obama's easter message. Peace and love was obama's message, the republican response was something to do with the finanical legislation making it's way through capital hill.

Blah blah blah, critism with no ideas how to fix anything. The Repulicans idea of agressivily doing nothing for 8 years got us into the finacial crisis and they had no idea what to do now and no new ideas, just blah blah blah.

After yelling at the radio "What would you do" It finally struck me that the mesage of the Rebulicans is we are no worse than the other guy. Which means they are no better. Since they are no better, why should I change parties in power and give all the money to the top 1% of the population?

Wow! Looks to me like the door is wide open. This unit seems to be about as nebulous and un-restrained as FEMA. Just imagine this unit, FEMA, and DHS all unleashed in the hands of our own despot. They will no doubt test drive the unit here and there a few times then hide the Ace up their sleeve for later use. I am quite sure that there will be a sizeable, well trained and equiped security contingent to "accompany, protect and facilitate" this new monster in it's "medical duties".

Let's say there is a pocket of dissenters who are a particular thorn in obama's side. Similar to the Clinton/Reno Davidian compound. All they have to do is trump up some load of crap about an epidemic in the area, or even that they are delving into NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) terrorism. FEMA and the advance party for the new unit shows up, quarantines the area, seizes control of the local authorities and any assets they may deem worthy of their theft (which they are authorized to do). In sweeps this new "Medical unit" to save the day at obama's request along with their "security", they go in shooting to "gain control of the situation and toxins". DHS comes in and disapears any survivors for good. The bungling moron that is the White House Press Secretary tosses out all the trumped up evidence and photos along with a story for the media vultures and no one will be the wiser. The libs. will just eat it up especially since they will be no doubt made out to be holy roller, super Christian, black helicopter theory, gun toting, militia nut jobs as the media loves to portray any homegrown terrorists. No one in the middle will want to speak out against the government for ending a "terrorist" plot and in so doing killing "terrprists". Any concervatives will just be marginalized as being a loony, one of the same people who were just making an NBC weapon. It's only a matter of time. He keeps taking little steps to concrete himself as Emperor obama. 1920's and 1930's Germany anyone?

The Attourneys General from 14 states have now filed suit against the federal government today because it is unconstitutional. They filed the suit only 7 mins. after barrack hussein ossama signed the bill into "law". The Florida Attourney General Bill McCollum is leading the effort to stop this socialist joke of a bill. The other States Attourney Generals involved so far are South Carolina, Nebraska, Texas, Michigan, Utah, Pennsylvania, Alabama, South Dakota, Idaho, Washington, Colorado, Louisiana, and Arizona. Virginia has filed it's own suit today as well. There are several other states considering joining the multi-state law suit. Lets hope and pray the lawsuit works! There are several other private party suits filed, I will try to get back on in a bit to post the links for us to digitally sign the petitions in support of these law suits. PLEASE sign them so we can end this tyrants power grab.

it might be a little tough to reaaaaly show them how it is. Until they start eating potatoe peels from the garbages of the political officials and raped by a russian soldier. We will have to have one of thier parents killed as well. None of them will be able to drive until 18 by the way, and that is ony if thier surviving parent placed at order for a trabi at birth. Once you get over those few things, it is great. Look at the bright side, you are guaranteed a job by the government...and you don't have waste time with pesky neighbors, cause to one talks to anyone because of trust issues.

If V is corrolated to Obamania, I offer "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" as highy corrolated with the goings on in the Bush administration. Seems to fit nicely. I will have to watch V. But I can't imagine people more slavish than those to the bush adminstration. Although today the cloud of amnesia has settled in and people seem to forget little statements made and agreed to like: Negative comments about the President in time of war is TREASON!!!! Funny thing we are still at war. Ah perhaps calling the President a Nazi does not count?

Shouldn't V by Republican and FOX's definition be considered unpatriotic? I think people might as well fess up and admit what FOX and many on this web site really mean is: If you don't agree with me then you are unpatriotic. Silly but it would at least be consistent. I on the other hand do not agree with the histronics, but I have never called anyone unpatriotic for disagreeing with the current President. That is call consistency for those that do not recognize it.

I expect more from americans because of the history of our country founded as it was on dissent but then I guess if the leader of the Republican Party In the House of the Congress of the United States does not know the difference between the Constituion and the Declaration of Independece, even though he carries the constitution with him every where he goes (perhaps he can't read?) ,I should not expect that other republicans have read it either. If John Boehner is the best Republican's have, we are truely doomed.

Nicely said about the Kenyan occupation of the White House. Cool points to you. I haven't watched it as I have no cable/sat. or anything other than a VCR and DVD player since 90%+ of everything on anymore is an IQ vaccume. The only thing I used to watch were the nerd channels like History, Military, discovery, etc. I loved those but they aren't worth having my kids veg. in front or the tard tube and be either indoctorinated that morals are outdated or watch one of the endless shows written, dirrected, and cast by morons and fops. This show may grab my attention though.
